3 mm horticultural glass - the classic, entry-level option with 2' x 2' panes joined by clips. It’s the most affordable choice, but also the most fragile, breaking into shards if damaged.

Capping icon

Capping holds the glass down its entire length making for a more secure fitment and provides better protection against the wind.
Capping is only used with full length toughened glass or polycarbonate glazing. It cannot be used with horticultural glass.
IMPORTANT both sides of the capping must be fitted at the same time to ensure the toughened glass or polycarbonate remains centred in the greenhouse frame.
