Product Description

As its name suggests, the Popular greenhouse is one of Halls' bestselling models.  It is perfect for beginners or gardens where space is at a premium.

It's simple, effective and reliable design includes integral gutters and smooth-running sliding doors. A roof vent allows for constant ventilation, with the 610 model being supplied with two roof vents.

It comes standard with horticultural glass, with the option to upgrade to long pane toughened safety glass or polycarbonate glazing.

Available in two colour finishes - aluminium or powder coated dark green (to help your greenhouse blend nicely into the surroundings in your garden).  Available in four sizes.

The highly recommended galvanized strong steel base raises the greenhouse by 12cm and guarantees the door runs smoothly and provides fast construction without the need to construct your own timber or brick base to ensure the greenhouse door will open. It's important that the greenhouse is built on a strong and stable base, which is secured properly to the ground. We always recommend to purchase an original steel base, consisting of 12 cm high galvanized steel profiles. These are assembled with brackets which double as ground anchors that are concreted into the ground. The holes for the ground anchors can be made with a post hole auger. The casting should reach frost-free depth (80 cm). When installing the greenhouse on a solid foundation for example a concrete pad it's advisable to start by making a square as big as the greenhouse + at least 20 cm.

Halls solar-powered autovent helps ensure ventilation when you are away from the greenhouse. The auto vent simply clamps on to the vent and greenhouse frame, making it easy to install or take off. This is one of our most popular greenhouse accessories and we highly recommend them to all greenhouse owners.

Louvre

Ventilation is essential in any greenhouse and replacing one or more panes with the Halls Louvre panel will aid through ventilation. Unwanted air is extracted through ridge vents, allowing fresh air to enter via five adjustable slats, to ensure draft free ventilation of your plants.

Glazing Capping icon

Capping holds the glass down its entire length making for a more secure fitment and provides better protection against the wind.
Capping is only used with full length toughened glass or polycarbonate glazing. It cannot be used with horticultural glass.
IMPORTANT both sides of the capping must be fitted at the same time to ensure the toughened glass or polycarbonate remains centred in the greenhouse frame.
Halls Popular Greenhouse glazing capping is made of black plastic and replaces the spring wire glazing clips.
